Mindful Monday Week 6:
In this week's Mindfulness Monday we focus on feeling calm. It's important to recognize the places and people who make us feel calm so that we can recall them whenever necessary. What place did you picture? Could you think of a person or something you do that makes you feel calm? As we return to in-person learning, we may be feeling a lot of emotions. Practicing feeling calm will be helpful in regulating these emotions. We are looking forward to seeing you soon! :)

Mindful Monday Week 5:
In this week's Mindfulness Monday we focus on how we are feeling. We look within ourselves to identify how our body feels as well as how our mind feels. What did your body feel like? Could you identify they way your mind was feeling? Were you feeling sleepy, worried, happy? Focusing on how we are feeling allows us to identify our current mood and make changes as needed that prepare us for the rest of the day!

Focusing with one of our senses helps us to control our thinking and be ready for the rest of our day!
